Kelly Marcus. Capturing the essence of life through a lens.

I'm Kelly, a wife and mama to two beautiful girls. I was born and lived in South Africa all my life and recently made the big, bold, brave move to pack up everything and relocate to Sydney a few months ago.

I've had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember. When you have a soul calling, you just know. It's my love language. Life is so beautiful and so precious and so fleeting. There is beauty in the chaos and the mess, and its my duty to capture that for you.

Last year I lost my father who was 73. He loved photos. He made me capture videos and pictures of him with me, and my children every time we were together. I now have the most beautiful memory bank to show my children and to reminise. Its priceless and the best thing he could have left me. It reminds me why I do what I do. That's life. It flies by. Lets lap it up, have fun, and savour the moments.

I've had a front row and center experience with my kids, seeing how moments pass. Just yesterday they were tiny in my arms, I've blinked and my eldest is 8. I know 16 is just around the corner. Nothing means more or is worth more then capturing their lives, and our lives together.
